that you would specify on your policy being, Jewellery, Car Radio\tapes, Cell
Phones, Bicycles, Sporting Equipment, Contact lenses, Hearing Aids, Caravan
Contents, Stamp and Coin Collections etc, which are accidentally lost or
damaged.

Vehicles
How much must I insure my
vehicle for, and what cover do I have on my vehicle?
Vehicles are to be insured for the current Retail Value.
You also have three different types of cover for which you can insure your
vehicle being; a) Comprehensive Cover; b) Third Party, Fire and Theft Cover; c)
Third Party Cover only:
- Comprehensive Cover - Full Cover Insurance on your
vehicle covering you against loss or damage to your vehicle, as well as
cover for damages to any third party.
- Third Party, Fire and Theft cover - You only enjoy
Fire and Theft Cover on your vehicle, and should you be the cause of an
accident, damages to the other party will be covered.
- Third Party Cover Only - No insurance cover on your
vehicle, but should you be the cause of an accident, damages to the other
party will be covered.

What should I insure my motor
cycle for, and what cover does it give me?
Motor cycles are to be insured for current book value.
Once again you have three different types of cover, being: a) Comprehensive
Cover; b) Third Party, Fire and Theft Cover; c) Third Party Cover Only:
- Comprehensive Cover - Full Cover Insurance, covering
you against loss or damages to your motor cycle, as well as cover for
damages to any third party.
- Third Party , Fire and Theft Cover - You only enjoy
Fire and Theft Cover, and should you be the cause of an accident, damages to
the other party will be covered.
- Third Party Cover Only - No insurance cover, but
should you be the cause of an accident, damages to the other party will be
covered.
Trailers/Caravans
How much must I insure my
Trailer\Caravan for and what cover do I have?
Trailers\Caravans are to be insured for Market Value.
You have two different types of cover being: a) Comprehensive Cover b) Third
Party Cover Only:
- Comprehensive Cover - Full Cover Insurance, covering you
against loss or damages to you trailer\caravan, as well as cover for damages
to any third party.
- Third Party Insurance Only - No insurance cover on your
trailer\caravan, but cover for damages to any third party will be covered.
Please bear in mind that the
contents of the trailer\caravan must be specified on the policy under the
SPECIFIED ALL RISKS section of the policy.

Computers
How much must I insure my
computer for, and what cover do I enjoy?
Computers are to be insured for the
current replacement value of a new computer of the same or similar model. The
property covered will be the computer monitor, printer, keyboard and other
accessories which are stated on the schedule of insurance. It is very important
to note that should your computer at home be used for business purpose, then it
should be insured on a Business Policy.

Accident
What is personal accident
cover, and who is covered for it on my policy.
Personal Accident covers you for Death
and Permanent Disablement as a result of an ACCIDENT, up to the limit stated in
the schedule for death. Percentages of the sum Insured for Permanent Disablement
according to the table of benefits. Cover is restricted to the insured and the
spouse of the insured.

What is Personal Liability and
up to what amount am I covered for?
Personal Liability covers you if you
become legally liable to pay compensation for accidental death, bodily injury or
illness to a third party or accidental loss or damage to property up to an
amount of R 3 000 000.
