This is little Bridget, cuddling her favorite soft toy - a big-eared bunny. These two are inseparable!

Bridget is just 2½" tall and is made of vintage long-pile upholstery velvet, hand-dyed a beautiful soft shade of brown. Her footpads are cocoa-colored ultrasuede, enhanced with shading. Her arms are wired so she can hold her bunny close. She is stuffed with polyfil and treated steel shot.

Her big eyes are onyx beads ands her cute little nose is embroidered and waxed. Her face is scissor-sculpted and shaded. Her head is cotter-pin jointed and her limbs thread-jointed.

Her best friend is needlefelted from hand-dyed cream wool and has thread-jointed arms and legs. He is just over 2" tall standing, including those long ears! He has an embroidered nose, mouth, and claws. His eyes are tiny onyx beads. I have added white wool to his inside ears and his tummy. He wears a silk ribbon bow.
